Analytical support for Ukraine and the world
The “Konstanta R&D Group” geopolitical research centre was founded in November 2024. We are a Ukrainian NGO of highly trained experts and volunteers. Our goal is to provide analytical support for the government and business in Ukraine and abroad.

Ukraine is engaged in a full-scale war, but this won’t last forever. We strive to provide high-quality, relevant analyses for stakeholders in Ukraine and abroad to help our society.

Konstanta R&D Group serves as a hub for all stakeholders who want to stay in touch with current affairs and be strategically prepared for the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine and broader regional opportunities.

Our Team
Vira Konstantynova
Founder and the Head of the Board of Directors
A Ukrainian expert on international security and international politics with 10 years of experience in diplomacy, energy security, and interparliamentary cooperation. Former advisor to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada on international policy (2019-2021). She worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the H. Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. She is a graduate of the British Council, LEADx Change, UNITAR international programs, a GMF PDN’23 scholarship holder, and a participant in McCain Global Leaders-2025; a guest lecturer at leading analytical and diplomatic institutions in Europe and the United States.
Yulia Konstantinova
Executive Director
An educator with 30 years of experience, a practical psychologist with over 20 years of management experience. Has deep knowledge of the organisation of preschool education, children’s centres development, and the management of educational institutions. Worked in the hospitality business in Germany. Has experience in intercultural communication and interaction. Received additional training in the basics of psychiatry and military psychology. Constantly improves her skills in the areas of management, psychology, and teamwork organisation.
Anna Kishchuk
Head of Partnerships
Expert in digitalisation, international economic relationships, and communications. Has gained experience in the development of communication strategies. Underwent an internship at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and also worked at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Yelyzaveta Pliaka
Head of Communication
Certified communications specialist. Graduated from the Educational and Scientific Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and also studied in Canada.

Education Ad Hoc: Empowering Minds
Konstanta R&D Group’s experts are welcomed guest lecturers at leading analytical institutions both in Europe and the US. Our team also develops unique courses on request. Our courses and lectures focus on deepening knowledge, promoting innovations, mutual understanding, and intercultural interaction between societies.

Mentoring Program
Our mentoring program was started in January 2021 as a volunteer initiative. This program was developed to assist young political science, international relations, and adjacent fields specialists to realise their potential in the public and private sectors for the benefit of Ukraine.
