The Center for Geopolitical Studies “KONSTANTA R&D GROUP” was founded in November 2024. KONSTANTA R&D Group is a Ukrainian NGO with highly qualified experts and volunteers aiming at providing analytical support for the government and business in Ukraine and abroad.

Ukraine is under a full-scale war now, but it would not last for ages. To help our society we aim at ensuring high-quality and timely analysis for the Ukrainian and foreign stakeholders.

Our Team
Vira Konstantynova
Founder and Chairwoman
Ukrainian expert in international security and foreign policy.Over 10 years of practical experience in diplomacy, energy security, and interparliamentary cooperation. Served as Foreign Policy Advisor to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2019–2021). Worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine. A graduate of international leadership programs, including British Council Future Leaders Connect’21, LEADx Change’22, UNITAR. Vira is also GMF PDN’23 fellow and McCain Global Leaders 2025 participant. She is also a guest lecturer at leading analytical and diplomatic institutions in Europe and the United States.
Yulia Konstantinova
Executive Director
Educator with over 30 years of professional experience, practicing psychologist. Over two decades of management experience. Demonstrates extensive expertise in the organization of early childhood education, the development of children’s centers, and the administration of educational institutions. Has professional experience in the hospitality industry in Germany. Received additional training in the fundamentals of psychiatry and military psychology. Continuously pursues professional development in the fields of management, psychology, and organizational leadership.

Mentoring Program
The Mentoring Program was launched in January 2021. It was designed for young professionals in political science, international relations and related fields, who seek to realize their potential in the public and private sectors for the benefit of Ukraine.
